Ministers' Conference

The Ministers' Conference seeks to create and maintain a culture of ministerial excellence. The overarching aim is to strengthen the local pulpits by fostering a standard of Biblical sobriety. The ministers' conference is to be a space where ministers can have candid conversations guided by the scriptures.

The goals of this ministry are to:

• seek unity among member churches and local churches;

• address the crucial matters related to the task of ministry in the local church; and

• provide leadership experiences and training sessions for pastors and ministers to help them develop their pastoral skills.
